I recently visited Edesia and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer multiple options for those following a Paleo diet. I tried their Mediterranean Cottage Cheese Focaccia and it was absolutely delicious. The combination of flavors was perfect and I appreciated that it was made with Paleo-friendly ingredients. I couldn't stop raving about it on my social media platforms and highly recommend it to any fellow Paleo eaters.
