As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I am always on the lookout for restaurants that offer suitable meal options. Hotel Shimla did not disappoint! Their Paneer Dry dish was not only gluten-free but also incredibly delicious. The tangy and flavourful sauce paired perfectly with the creamy paneer, creating a mouthwatering taste experience. I also appreciated how the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating about gluten-free options. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Shimla for their excellent gluten-free meal choices.

I recently visited Hotel Shimla and enjoyed their Paneer Pahadi Tikka. Delicious spicy marinade, tender cheese cubes - it was absolutely perfect! The service was quick and the staff was helpful. Highly recommend!

I had the Paneer Tikka at Hotel Shimla recently and it was delicious. The paneer was cooked just right and the spices were well balanced. Highly recommend.
