I ordered rolls and lava cakes for an office party and all the items were sent cold. It was an extreme embarrassment for me to serve the food items as we do not have microwave in our office. when i called them they told me me that if we warm and send the item then it becomes stiff like a rock. If thats the case then there is something severely wrong with the food items, because food items on warming up in oven become soggy. The food and service both are horrible. The staff is uncivilised.

Very bad service and very dad taste i got 6 piece of Kadhai paneer roll it was not at all warm in oven and given and I call them and said that I will bring tomorrow you and rechange then they said tomorrow will be not change and bring today only so I said I am staying versova mud Island so how can I come that then they aargu with me and cut the phone very bad experience from Ribbons and Balloons😡😡

Before this, Monginis used to be my favourite. But now, Ribbons & Balloons has the top spot. Their cakes taste much better, feel lighter and tastier. The pastries are also delicious. You get what you pay for here. Definitely recommended!
