I recently visited Shubham Veg Corner and was delighted to find that they offer Paleo diet options. I ordered their Grilled Veg, Cheese and Mayo Sandwich and it was delicious. The vegetables were fresh and the cheese and mayo added the perfect amount of creaminess without being overwhelming. As someone who follows a Paleo diet, I was thrilled with the option.
