I went there for eye test for my mom and my mom name is anu mr and her token was 33 also my mom wanted to buy specs. As I said our token was 33 they kept us on hold and started testing for 34,35 and 36 I think in lenskart 33 comes after 36. So we just walkout and no one were concerned about it. Next to lens kart there was another shop name lens hut guess what we were prioritised and everything went well. I have added photo to as a proof I hope you guys learn customer satisfaction 🙏

I visited the store for sunglasses. I've purchased from the same store previously and I had a wonderful experience. This time the staff were very rude. The staff treated me like I am thief. This might be because I was underdressed. This is a shame on lenskart and the manager of the store. I like the products of lenskart and I will buy from another store, but never visiting this store again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Lenskart store. The staff did not provide proper guidance about the offers, and their communication was very poor. The delivery was also delayed, and they never informed me properly about the  insurance. Without asking for my permission, they added the insurance on their own. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had — very unprofessional behavior, lack of transparency, and poor customer service.

Had a very bad experience at Lenskart (Urs Road, Mysore) today. I had placed an order worth ₹15,980 at the old store, which is now called Lens Hub. I have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years and have bought over 25 pairs of spectacles for myself and my family. Other customers were arguing, and no one attended to us for more than 20 minutes. I even asked a female staff member if someone could assist us, and she told us to wait there. After that, we left—very disappointing.
Today’s experience was extremely disappointing.

I needed to get my glasses serviced and by the time I reached, my partner had to use the washroom urgently. The staff declined. I understand not having a public bathroom, but respecting emergencies is a matter of human decency. Didn't expect this from lenskart.

Lens kart urs road worst experience. July 12th  I gave my frame for lens replacement  unfortunately they broke it while replacement, then they asked me to select a new frame and promised to give within 3 days, on too much of follow they gave me delivery on 2nd aug. On receiving the frame I tried it and immediately said there is some mistake in power pls recheck once, he said it takes little time to adjust, later even after a week I went back they now say they have done a mistake in punching.

They provide the worst customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. I bought two pairs of glasses within a few days, both with shaded lenses. When I raised concerns, they didn’t even bother to listen. Also, Lenskart glasses are quite overpriced.
