I visited this place to replace my phone battery. After the replacement they took my phone asked me to unlock what's app and they filled the feedback by themselves. They are doing it for every customer. So the feedback mi is getting is not the actual shared by the customers. When I questioned about the same with the service centre incharge he said it's the boys who do it. And he also negligently replied do whatever you want. Opening someone's what's app and operating it is a clear violation of privacy and when I told the same thing to The service centre head Mr Satyanarayana he even threatened me. This is a worst behavior I have ever seen in a service center. If any Mi officials are seeing this review could you please take corrective action

​I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recent service provided for my mobile phone at your center. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the pricing structure and the quality of work performed.

1 ​Unreasonable Pricing: The cost of the speaker was ₹199, yet I was charged ₹413 for service/labor. It is highly disproportionate to charge more than double the cost of the part for a simple installation including 18%GST

2 ​Physical Damage to Device: Upon receiving my phone, I discovered that the SIM tray has been damaged. When I pointed this out, your staff claimed the damage was pre-existing. I categorically deny this; the phone was submitted with the SIM tray in perfect working condition.

3 ​Poor Service Quality: Not only was the service overpriced, but the lack of care resulting in physical damage—and the subsequent refusal to take responsibility—is unprofessional and unacceptable.

My phone Redmi 9 power I replaced my phone battery today, but immediately after replacement the battery health is showing only 86%, which is disappointing. A new battery should normally show 95–100% health, so this clearly feels like old stock.

What is more concerning is that after sharing the feedback link with me, the staff themselves filled in a positive rating without my consent, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

This experience has reduced my trust in the service. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures genuine parts, transparent practices, and customer-filled feedback only.

New Purchased Product was not working properly… so I have requested the service centre for replacement . After 4 days got a call from service centre telling that replacement have been done by the company and told us to collect … when I checked  it was same box which i have given them with the defected item…even the product inside is same with same item number and product id ..they have lied and cheated . Worst service centre telling… never ever visit this..

I have taken redmi note 14 mobile the mobile have so many problems in 1momth  so I have ask the solution for them but they won't take any response on it they were irresponsible so don't move to mi service and don't take any mobile of mi

The service centre is good & the staff aare cooperative but whatever the problem is your phone's data will go away they'll do flash the phone ultimately , recommended data backup. Otherwise it's good service

Very good and fast service, if it is small problem then they would rectify immediately and give. They also provide 3 months warranty for the service they provide. Overall best service centre for MI phones.

Not a friendly environment, always act like they are totally busy. Sometimes speaking to a customer for a few seconds is as important as repairing a device

Only Authorised Mi Service in Mysore. Went for a battery change which was done in 15 minutes,  which was a surprise. Very professional service with commitment to provide quality service to costumers. Waiting hall is very neatly maintained and they also sell Mi Accessories like power bank, headphones, chargers etc.

I asked 2A micro cable they said 450rs but in Mi online Store it showing 250rs

I given my  2 months old phone for camera issue.after like 1 hour they called me and they says water is gone inside the phone.i told them it's not possible because m using earphone for every day because m doing delivery job how it's possible to go water.after technician came and he says if u can take extended warranty it's do free of cost I told him u can give me I'll give bangalore.after some communication he went and made it ready.
While m there 2 more customers came before they did service in this store.i think the technician is not well groomed.so pls lookinto in future. Because m using  mi phones like 10years.

By seeing reviews i went scared to service centre after the complition of service I noticed that the staff are friend and the manger explained the problem in detail best service centre in mysore overall experience is good

Poor service center I went two times for battery replacement after replace battery drain fastly and told me to replace mother board mother board issie is there but I replaced the battery from out side service center its battery pack up one and half say given  how is mother bord problem i don't know unexperiance  workers pls dont go this service center I am given one star

The store handles almost all types of repairs, software updates, damages to MI phones. The staff are friendly and understand our needs and wants. They resolve our issue as soon as possible. But the drawbacks are this is located some what far from the bus stand and the wait time is high on Saturdays & Sundays and the place is small. But this is a good one for MI users.
