Stopped here for fuel refilling. They cleaned the windshield without asking after looking at the dust it has gathered, good gesture. Station has 8 pumps. Spacious area to park as well. They have Shell Select where you can purchase snacks which is Wheelchair accessible as well. This place offers 'Shell Recharge' which is for charging EV cars. They have 2 spots for EV charging. Toilets are in the backside, neatly maintained. They do bike oil change here. This is opposite to True Value and Volkswagen Showroom. This is 24 hours operated station.

The staffs are not well trained, nor they were lazy to inform or guide us about the discounts , even after asking they didn't respond properly. On 29th Jan 5:50 . And didn't even gave us the bill 😡😡 will never suggest anyone to go there

Staff behaviour and service is good. Shell select is available and free oil check up is also available. One of the best engine oil brand in the market. Shell provides high quality petrol.

Decent place. Clean and tidy. I had just one problem. I was travelling from Bangalore and we took a pit stop here because of the trust name of Shell. I was with my entire family and we all needed to use the toilet facility since we were travelling long distance. The staff said that the toilet is out of order. It can be because of some genuine reason, but it looked like the staff doesn’t want the visitors to use the toilet.

I read reviews and today i went for bike service, they are really unprofessional for a shell petrol station, Machanic doesn't know how to open an engine bolt to remove the oil, and when i went to purchase oil that guy said 20/40 oil not coming, when i said its available in other shell petrol station he gave the 20/40 oil , after that i asked him i do have points can i redeem it , he said it must be a 3000 (which is lie), we can chek in the shell app, there is no minimum limit for coins redeem, i don't know how shell management kept this guys  , these guys will spoil their company name, this is my second experience in shell station, really bad

The fuel price has reduced and per liter was around 105.98 almost Rs.13 lesser than earlier. Shell at this price is worth it. Clean and tidy fuel station. The air pump wasn't available post 10.00pm which is wierd with every shell pump.

Shell is famous for its quality and quantity assurance.... Friends here they ll charge few paise extra than normal rate but i think it's worth giving extra and mainly shell power petrol/diesel awesome concept guys it is fully filtered and gives a smooth feeling for any vehicle..... Anyhow friends you can buy some snaks, chocolate, chips 🍟etc in shell select and can have a beautiful journey......... Fuel once

First Shell outlet in Mysore. Good service. It has all facilities like Washroom, Card Payments, Free Air, Free Oil check up and you can buy engine oils there and it will be topped up free of cost. Free Windshield Cleaning for all cars on request.

Went there for charging my EV, but could not do so as the charging station was being used.

One of the users had already connected & started charging his car, but the app showed it as "Availible"

Since we were in a hurry, we moved to the next nearest charging station & moved on

Staff are great at job , Customer service of the workers been very satisfied  , team of employees workers are very friendly and  have given us  full satisfied service and good interaction with customers they have maintained it amazing . The place to refill your vehicle with quality petrol. This petrol bunk is located at Hunsur main road and can been easily seen from the main road. They accept the payment through card and cash. You also get eatables and soft drinks here. You can enter the shell store to grab a drink or a snack if you are hungry. The staff are friendly. They also do the free engine oil change. The engine oil of shell is very good. It keeps your engine smooth. I would recommend people to use V-Power petrol which is a bit expensive from the ordinary petrol but it keeps the engine smooth and also adds mileage.

There's no space to park the car if you want to buy something from the store.

Worst service I had been to shell petrol pump 2weeks back i had done full tank disel of rs 2500 normal disel +600 power disel at night I had asked him for shell points where as he said that there is a network issue plz share your number will add it in day time 2 3 days I called him he didn't add points to my app day before yesterday 23/7/2025 I had visited the bunk I talked to the manager over there he said he will add it plz tell to the cashier cashier took my number for adding points and till now they don't have response is this the way u give service?? Where is my points for that disel ?? Now people may think why I have commented just for a points....actually the thing is there is nothing free in this Era wat u have u have it im having 5k points now I can have some tea juice or snacks that's the reason behind this if they don't want to give us points let them remove it from app why they ask do u have shell app for points while refilling disel or petrol??? Plz add my points
