Pathetic service.
I visit for replacing of mobile glass for my two mobiles.
For one mobile he told that he is have to wait for 10 minutes. I told ok. He took more than 30 minutes and took the mobile to some other shop without asking me.
In meen time I asked for glass for my another mobile, he take over my old glass and after that he told that he Don not have that glass with him.
After asking why you remove glass without conforming it's stock with you, he told your glass is already very old. You have to replace it anyhow.
When I ask why the other follow took mobile without my permission. The second person told that it is not his business that counter is separate entity.
I suggest not to visit the store to anyone.

So, I wanted to buy a new phone, and I randomly walked into Magic Mobile. I asked the guy at the counter about new phones, but instead of helping me, he started pushing me to buy an old phone—that too at the price of a new one! Imagine the audacity.

When I didn’t fall for his scam, he started getting rude and impatient, telling me to "hurry up and decide." I told him, "I’m buying a phone, not vegetables," and that’s when he lost it and said something offensive. When I confronted him, he immediately went silent—guess he wasn’t expecting a response.

I walked out without buying anything. Absolute garbage store with terrible customer service. If you don’t want to get scammed, overcharged, or insulted, stay far away from Magic Mobile.

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience at magic mobile was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I purchased a brand-new phone last week, only to discover it had a defective battery that drained within two hours When I returned to the shop, the staff refused to acknowledge the issue, claiming I "must have mishandled it." No troubleshooting, no empathy—just blame shifted onto me

Scammed me for S23 Ultras accessories. The glass isn't well placed, and then the charger provided doesn't work right. I went and exchanged the chatger for a different one, and still the issue persists.

Took checking charges that too 200 rs many renowned shops repairs but only repairing charges are taken... Behavior was very rude don't have manners to talk to a lady.. Didn't give receipt.. Disgusting service. Can't trust this place... will recommend not to visit at all.. GOOD SERVICE ONLY CAN BRING CUSTOMERS NOT DAZZLING LIGHTS AND SHINNING GLASSES..

Never visit or make any purchase at this store. Salesmen are very rude and they don't have etiquette to speak to a customer.

Speak with a chewing gum everytime, they never respect walk-in. Very bitter experience visited store twice willing to make a purchase, but due to their behavior had not made any purchase. Alike previous this time also received same behavior and walked out of the store.

Avoid visiting them.

Trust me, most untrustworthy people will be available here. I would prefer to burn my whole money instead of taking there services. I highly suggest you should never buy or REPAIR any of your mobile or device here and I would suggest to go in Jaripatka for repair and Sadar for purchase

They sold an already activated faulty mobile and when we went to return it, the shopkeeper sent us on a wild goose chase to the Nokia Care centre. At the centre we came to know about the old activation. When we went back to return the mobile, the shopkeeper was uncourteous and didn't accept his fault. It seemed that he knew about the problem beforehand when he had sold us the mobile.

Wors place to buy mobile...no authenticity of buying product...even after you product amd go to them  for complaints they talk to you very rudely..bahr fek dunga ..jo krna he kr..these type of language they use..counter petson having name rahul and dipak are worst to talk with costumers...nave go to this place to buy any thing...

The staff lacks professionalism. I recommend avoiding this place since there are other shops nearby that know how to properly interact and treat their customers.

Good for buying mobile and other gadgets but don't buy accessories from here as they charge more that double, we purchased a screen guard worth Rs.800/- for one plus but on the very next day it fell and was broken to piceses, out side v checked it's price it was only of Rs.80/- ...Very bad felt like cheated
