I recently dined at Khalsa Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options. The Egg Thali dish was a highlight, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, it was great to see a traditionally non-vegetarian dish offered in a vegan version. I make sure to try and support restaurants that cater to my preferences and Khalsa Hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for both vegans and non-vegans alike.
