I recently visited Hotel Butool and had their Gobi Paratha, which I must say was delicious. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect balance of spices in the paratha. It had just the right amount of heat to give it a kick without overpowering the overall flavor. The paratha was also cooked to perfection and had a nice, crispy texture.
