Bought a mobile here last month. Only a few executives are good and well mannered. Others will give you attitude. They did gave us the bill, but it was not a proper bill as we faced issue while submitting the same at our office. If you want a proper gst bill, just check the sample once before making the payment.

PATHETIC SERVICE..delivery person said next day of ordering that it will delivered next 2 hours. After 2 hours they said the refrigerator is not fitting in the vehicle, so it may not deliver today. Tried calling store no one picks up.. Connected the customer care the store is NOT PICKING their call as well. Customer care registered a complain no one bothered to check... The amount is paid no idea when will the product will be delivered... Pathetic service at this store...

If there is any example to see what a bad service any retail chain can provide you just pay your visit to croma centre.
Extremely poor and pathetic service provider.
I have purchased 5 items from croma on dated 18/10 but till 22/10 one item was not delivered by them.On 23/10 that item delivered when we contacted their grievance cell and with utmost surprise I am shocked that particular item was damaged one.
It is haier washing machine.
At the time of delivery I have seen the damaged article and they said that it is wrongly delivered and new one will be delivered very shortly but till this time I am waiting for my order.
What a service by such a big brand?
I have also purchased a faber cooktop that was delivered to me is defective one.
I talked to them and since 21/10 they are saying that one technician will come and resolve my issue but that will is yet to come
No body is attentive towards customer problem.
SORRY TO SAY BUT CROMA IS PROVIDING A VERY VERY DISGUSTING SERVICR.

Extremely disappointed with Croma worst service. The staff was unprofessional and careless in handling my request. There was no proper communication or follow-up, and I had to keep calling multiple times without any resolution. The service was delayed, and the overall experience was very frustrating. Definitely not expected from a brand like Croma.

Good place to buy electronics items, stff has good knowledge of products

Went to buy laptop in chroma shop at pathardi road , the guys in shop are not at all attentive. We waited for 15 mins for them to attend us, but they were roaming here and there doing nothing but not attending the customers. Disappointed. There is no variety of laptops.

In this croma "The lady of Apple authorised centre" was not co-operate with us we was just seeing iphone that lady said don't touch to any phone or laptop so wee boys don't gone again there

I have brought the Usha cooler on 18th April 2024 at croma pathrdi shop it will be used only 2 or 3 times but recently I saw the cooler lower water tank part has little damage and start water licked then, I contact the Croma service centre but no one response , after 2 days the customer care was reply to my complaint and then send technician to home but technician said the part has damaged or not available for 2 days then after 2 days I call the technician continuously but the technician call was switch off then my husband visit the showroom with cooler and tale all the scenario to showroom ,showroom service staff has call to technician but also his call switch off then showroom staff say cooler is need to take under observation then after 1 day service lady call me and say your cooler part has come and cooler is ready to deliver so please come and take delivery on evening but we will take to delivery on next day afternoon and saw the cooler but the part is damage is as usual and stick the rubber part on it is very cheap and third class shameless service in Croma centre don’t buy any product in croma

I got water geyser from croma staff is helpfull but instalation person dely for the instal the product.Even when the company calls, they don't fix the slot booking and tell the customer to remind me.

One of the best croma outlet in nashik.very well organized,technically sound sales executive,guide very professionaly.highly recommended.
