While traveling on the highway toward Navsari, we stopped here because we urgently needed an electric steam press for a business meeting. We found exactly the right product quickly.
The store has a great range of products, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The steam press is working perfectly and was a high-quality find. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for reliable electronics on the go!

I purchased an LG 55” LED TV (55UN8000 UDH) from Croma, Navsari on 14.08.2021 with a 2+2 years warranty (through Croma). Shockingly, the TV’s panel failed just 15 days after warranty expired in August 2025.

LG only offered a costly ₹36,000 panel replacement with a small discount, no goodwill support.

Croma gave wrong warranty info, kept passing responsibility to LG.

Complaint (RNP250930053196) cancelled without technician visit.

Calls went unanswered, follow-ups ignored.

Even after mailing Croma customer support, nothing was done.

This is unacceptable service from both LG and Croma (a Tata enterprise). For a premium TV, such a short lifespan and zero customer care is shocking.

I will never buy or recommend LG or Croma again.

I went to Croma to get a AC unit and a Fridge the two sales people that helped me where ok talked very fast and when asked questions they would give you a answer that was incorrect or misleading. They constantly where on there phone while talking to me .
I am from Australia so I am used to asking questions before buying a big ticket purchase.  When asked if both products were in stock I was assured that they both where .
I purchased them on Friday and was told they would be delivered on Sunday and two technicians would come and open the boxs and set it up which I thought was fantastic.
Sunday arrived and the delivery guy called to say he had the fridge but the AC unit was out of stock !!!
I said if I can't have both delivered then I need a refund .He just laughed. I I went to Croma the next day and spoke to another sales person who said its on a truck and will at your place in by 2pm it was 1pm, I rushed back home and they showed up at 4pm unloaded the products and told me the technicians are on there way be here in 30mins
Well that was on Monday and today is Thursday and still no Technicians  have showed up but one did call and asked for a photo so my warranty could start . He was very aggressive on the phone and seemed like he really did not care at all . He just wanted to tick a few boxs I guess !!!
I set up both products by myself . I will never use Croma and have already told my family and friends that live here and many that are coming to Navsari never to use the Croma Navsari are cheaters and Liers.
My advice is to stay away from them !!!

Excellent Service and Quality at Croma.
I visited the store to purchase a TV for my senior citizen parents and explained my specific requirements. I was given the perfect solution for the TV selection. What truly impressed me was the special attention given to ensure a same-day installation, which was a huge help.
I had previously purchased a Tata Croma Smart TV in 2018, and I was pleased to receive the best possible discount on the exchange for this new purchase.

Services are not good , at my house we will buy the washing machine from the Croma store of Navsari , we complain from 4 to 5 days but no once came at my house , services are not good , they are note came at right time , in washing machine water was not stored in the machine it's the problem of machine , what should we do next ??

I bought an iPad Air M2 from here. They'll show you what you want without forcing any other item on you.
Giving 4 stars because I think they can improve further. Like a salesman explaining you or helping you out with the features (because I didn't experience that).

Overall a trustworthy and good place to get your stuff from. We'll visit there again for our next purchase.

Don't buy from this company they say they will deliver on time it took 3 days for my items to arrive but they are happy to take your money straight away

Very bad experience , never buying from there again . I bought a keyboard even though I insisted on get a dell keyboard the sale representative told me to get a croma keyboard telling me that it is good and service is also easy that same day when I went home the keyboard started to do random clicks and after some time it is dead so I took that item to the store they are telling me there is no such issues,  I don't even thing they check that product , never going there again didn't expect this from croma

Croma service is very slow and staff is also not responding anywhere (customer care as well as Chroma store staff and manager) shore staff is switched off their phones and not answering and while visiting store they not giving proper solution and answer of any questions.

Rather than buying from croma i will pay exta and buy if from other store or online.🤬

Whenever I went their I got negative response from salesman.. Most of time they don't have product availability or some other issue.. Their salesman not even have proper knowledge about product.. Unprofessional telephonic staff, Lack of knowledge, Don't waste your time at croma. Even they not deliver your products on time... They committed to deliver my product on Wednesday but they don't deliver my product even on Thursday because they don't have a delivery vehicle. Sometimes they say delevery person not pick up the phone etc... They makes you fool.
I hope there was a option for 0 stars because after paying the money for the product our product is not delivered on time and there is no response from the store our phone calls are being ignored and the lady behind the phone has no sense of talking to a customer, she just told me give me 15 minutes will call back you but still I didn't receive call from their side they waist only valuable time of customer.

Placed order on 27th, delivery date was 5th sep then got message of reschedule of delivery to 28th and i receive product on 4th sep. Now in their system it keeps showing out for delivery for 4 days and its updated to delivered on 8th. And now i receive message that installation person will contact me with in 48 hrs.
WHEN A PRODUCT IS PURCHASED YOU EXPECT SWIFT DELIVERY AND SWIFT INSTALLATION. GRANTED THAT THEY DID INFORM ME BEFOREHAND ABOUT DELIVERY DATE BUT WHY THIS UNDUE DELAY IN INSTALLATION OF PRODUCT. IT ONLY SHOWS SLACK WORK ETICS OF CHROMA STAFF.

For the first time I bought the product LG Freeze from Chroma and the experience was good but since the second time I bought the product Milcent Floor Meal there is a problem which has not been resolved yet the Chroma store does not care about the customer.
