The builder office is full of people who will try to mislead you. I went to buy a flat and the deal was locked on a certain amount. They have mentioned that the price is inclusive of everything except registry, it includes all the components i.e. possession charges, lease rent and all the other charges. They push you to fill up the form and issue the cheque. and once you issue the cheque they will suddenly come up with a new charge and they will push you to pay the same and if you deny then they will say that let me take the approval from management and leave you in between and meanwhile try to search a different buyer for the flat. They fill up the form and keep the form with them and say that form will be signed by MD and account department and will be shared a copy with us after that and then you don't have any proof. I do not know whom to trust as i met a person who claim to be a very senior person and his business card states the same. Be very careful if you are going to buy the flat in this society double check all the details and don't forget to take the copy of form which is signed by you. And don't leave any details blank in the form they will try their best and mention that rest details they will fill themselves. I would also recommend that visit the builder Head office and take the confirmation before finalizing the deal. In my case i was lucky that my cheque was not cleared else i would have no option but to agree with their demand.

I had an amazing experience while dealing with Express Builders. They deliver more than what they promise. I am very satisfied with their work and will advice the others to look forward to them.

So kindly use only the address and ask local people. Don't follow the directions from Google maps.

इंदिरापुरम, वैभव खंड एक्सप्रेस गार्डन 10 साल पहले एक्सप्रेस बिल्डर ने बनाया था। पहले तो मंजूर नक्शे से उलट इलीगली 130 से ज्यादा अवैध फ्लैट बना दिए। बिल्डिंग की हालत खराब है। काम अधूरे यहां तक कि पेंटिंग भी आधी अधूरी छोड़ दी गई। आज भी अथॉरिटी में ड्यूज बिल्डर ने नहीं दिए। जिसकी वजह से rwa चुनाव नहीं हो पा रहे। बिल्डिंग, रोड पूरा टूट रहा है।
