Sabir was very helpful and spent a lot of time in patiently sorting out my problem.   Very happy with service provided

Worst store... before going here we called this store and asked about whether international card is accepted or not? They said accepted... later when we reached they took all money from my bank account international card and later revoked all the money with 1k less and said they cannot give iphone as we dont have policy for intl cards. If they didnt have policy then why did they swiped all the amount for iphone 17promax and took all the money initially??  Total pathetic... never ever go to this store....

Sabir has been incredible. I had the best experience at an Apple Store/service centre today.
Even though I came in with a problem that I was facing with my Mac, I left laughing with a smile on my face.

It’s not often you come across people who make light of difficulties while helping you through them.

If you’ve got a problem with your device I’d show up and ask for him.

I had a great experience at this service center. My phone’s battery issue was fixed in just a few hours. Hemant attended to me and handled everything smoothly.

I had a very frustrating experience at this service center. The customer service representative was rude, unhelpful, and completely unclear with his instructions. Because of his lack of knowledge, I had to visit the store multiple times in one day. Shockingly, he didn’t even know basic things like how to back up data despite being an Apple service associate.

He kept contradicting himself and wasted my time with misleading information. Someone this unqualified should not be handling customer issues. Very disappointed with the service.
