I recently tried the Chilli Paneer with Fried Rice at Sambookas and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was happy to see that both the paneer and rice were gluten-free options. The paneer was perfectly cooked and the dish had just the right amount of spice.
