Extremely Poor Service by DTDC Courier

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by DTDC Courier. I booked a consignment for pickup from Hauz Khas, which was confirmed as a serviceable area on their website. However, after paying the amount, no one showed up to pick up the consignment despite multiple follow-ups over five days. Despite that based on location selection etc. they taken advance mobey.

Each time I called their customer care, I was given ridiculous and false excuses. They claimed that my door was closed (when I was waiting with the package), that Hauz Khas is not a serviceable area (despite their website confirming it), and that they had escalated the issue (which clearly wasn't true).

The lack of professionalism and accountability is appalling. I finally had to switch to another courier service, which picked up the consignment without any hassle.

I would strongly advise against using DTDC Courier for any shipments. Their poor service and blatant dishonesty make them unreliable and untrustworthy.

Tough to find as it is tucked behind the colony gate. Affable staff. But didn't keep their promise of loading my parcel details on the tracking system within 20min. Took them 4 hours!!!
PS: package was delivered as promised

Excellent services. Mr Shyam Gopa Gupta went above and beyond to ensure that I have a smooth experience. This is my must visit place. Thankyou so much for delivering great results everytime. Kudos to the staff here.
