Very poor service, sell defective product. I purchased washing machine. In 1 day use, next day timer is not working. I call and complaint they said next day, next day very poor home service. I recommend to all kindly purchase products from a authentic dealers.

Products they sell are awesome but the way they describe about the products it makes it more complex for a person to purchase a doubtful item. They have to be loyal towards their customers too. Try to provide best after sales services.

It is having used and some defective electronic item shop. There is not much difference in new product from Online Apps and there products. Didn’t find useful for buying used and damaged product if can be bought thru online apps without much difference.

Best place to save the money. They have the large quantity of AC's , fridges ,geysers,music systems, washing machine and many more electronic products at the price of 2nds. As they are so busy in selling they don't have time to entertain you so please have patience but you won't regret while going out from there.

No benefit to purchase here. They price around 80%-90% of product which has some defects, without any warranty. I should recommend purchase New Product, which alteast gives 1-3 yrs warranty. To purchase a defective product  just to 10% to 20% is not a wise decision.

They provide very poorest service to customers and sell defective products with  same outside rates.they make the people fool and they told with warranty period after that when customer want any services they denial for it.they don't know the value of customer just make money.I recommended to everyone if you need to purchase any item please go to showroom purchase your item please don't trust to fake dealers who made fool to customer .I never recommend 😡😡😡😡😡😡

It was a place full of electronics. You can buy almost any appliances on cheap rates. However what they are selling are 2nd hand goods. You are not going to get any warranty from the brand itself but Sharma Enterprises will give you 1 year warranty from their side. Even though the goods are second hand they are premium and orignal with very good condition.

Very poor service they don’t have manners like how to do talk with theirs client and if you want home service then they’ll say youu next day and the next day never come according to me totally wasta of time if you’ll go there Ndd purchase anything…

Frankly speaking I didnt find much difference between open market and their price, infact they offered just 1 year basic warranty, where as by paying little more one get get full 5 year warranty from open market. Lot of research required before anyone decide to buy any product from them. Don't go late evening hours as they all busy in transportation work. My final opinion is do lot of research before going for buying anything.

The place is located outside Delhi and I would not suggest customers specially ladies to travel alone to this area , place has different options and ranges and do enquire about it before you visit. Customer service is not what you expect , too rigid about price and don't even expect them to treat you properly. They must work upon their customer interaction and organizational behaviour , they have potential to grow big but their ego won't let them.
If you travel via ola and uber do type Mahalakshmi enclave Sharma enterprise in search... Else you might drop your plan in half way before your destination the place is so incommunicado in itself.

Third class product like price very high no difference new AC and second ka maal ki quality very poor indoor other brand outdoor other brand bed experience. No any company werrnty only domestic .

Rejected piece is sold on cheap rates here . Electronic items are make of earlier date. Someone who wants savings can buy. Cost is reasonable .

This is a hotspot for that people who want electronic items at cheap Price's. Staff is very cooperative, thare are available both the category's 1st and 2nd, mean person can bye both, fresh pieces,and defective pieces at reasonable price.

This place sells electronic appliances, having minor aesthetic issues (such as dents, paints issues, etc.) but price-wise they are quite affordable. Must visit if you can compromise a bit on products' looks.
