I recently tried Plats and let me tell you, their Burnt Basque Vanilla Bean Cheesecake is a must-try for all spicy food lovers out there. Not only was it delicious, but the spice level was perfectly balanced and added a unique kick to the classic cheesecake. The restaurant itself has a great ambiance and the service was top notch. I recently visited Plats and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious Boozy Apricot Chocolate Cake. It was impressively light and airy, and the flavorful apricot filling was perfect. What I especially liked is that the portion size was just right - not too small, but not too large. Most importantly, it was healthy - the listed ingredients were natural and non-processed. I'm definitely recommending it to all my friends!
