Recently we took CDPL services for our Karnataka tour with the help of Travel Triangle. Hitesh from Travel Triangle and Robin from CDPL coordinated and organized our tour very well within the budget limits. 3* accommodation provided by them was nice with complementary breakfast. Transportation provided by them was good , the driver Umesh( Lee Vacations) was very good at site seeing places which saved our time to cover more places in a given day. He planned an itinerary as i requested we are travelling with my kid 22 months old. From the booking time i have doubts regarding stay and transportation.

Hotels he booked was very nice.

Day 1 hotel : ROOPA hotel Mysore   after we completed our day 1 itinerary felt very relaxed at the roof top restaurant food, serving and the hospitality was nice.
Day 2 &3 Hotel : Ultimate hotel ooty delux room with balcony view was awesome. The video i posted is the view from balcony .
Here the main thing i like is prepared fresh food And served in 30-40 mins once we ordered.
And it's very close to the tea factory .
And the scenic  view from the balcony was top notch.
The driver santhosh from mysore behaviour was very nice and polite.
He guided very well and had good driving skills and felt cool driving.
He doesn't make any rush to us given a good time for site seeing and communication was good.
Bagged lots of memories from this trip.

We had a wonderful South India trip arranged by Robin for our family of eight. Overall, it was a well-planned and smooth experience.
The hotels provided were good and comfortable. Although one hotel booking got cancelled at the last moment, Robin handled the situation efficiently and arranged an alternative stay quickly, which we really appreciated.
Our driver was skilled and knew all the tourist spots well, which made travel easy and safe. However, he was not very talkative and did not share much background information about the places we visited. A bit more guidance or storytelling would have made the experience even better.
One of the best parts was that Robin was always reachable throughout the 8-day trip and was responsive whenever we needed assistance. That gave us a lot of confidence while traveling with a big family group.

Our Best Memory from Kerala Trip
The beach and houseboat experience were truly the highlight of our entire trip—peaceful, scenic, and unforgettable. A special thanks to Vishnu Bhai, our cab driver, who made the journey even more memorable. He understood our preferences perfectly and went beyond the package itinerary to help us experience the very best of Kerala. His support made all the difference in turning our trip into a lifelong memory.

Travel Triangle helped us get multiple quotations from which we were able to assess and move ahead with Comfort destinations Pvt Ltd. Initially we had to really put our heads together to change all the hotels that they suggested, because the ones they suggested were actually below average. However, communication and coordination with Robin was amazing and hence we were able to close this in less time. The driver was amazing and very cooperative. All the hotels were chosen by us and hence they were good. However, the house boat could have been better, we felt it had hygiene issues and the food was also okay. Overall, 10/10 for the trip planning.

Booked 2day trip to Tiruvannamalai from Bangalore with Robin, comfort destination via travel triangle

1. Our trip is supposed to start at 10 AM. The driver picked us on time. The main issue is he is very sleepy. When we asked him he told that he was driving entire night and didn’t sleep. Throughout the onward journey we are constantly alerting him and stopped him multiple times to wash his face. The onward journey is horrible. The return journey on day 2 is good. The driver is very professional, polite and showed all the places as per itinerary. But on Day1 he is not able to drive. Travel agent should thoroughly check and send the driver. Without our constant involvement we would have ended up in an accident.

2. After the payment, the response from Robin is very minimal. Robin has to share the driver details 24 hours before departure. But even after multiple messages and calls he didn’t share. Finally he shared 1 hour before the departure. When I contacted the driver he denied to come. Again I contacted Robin. He shared the correct driver details 30min before the scheduled departure time. Very frustrating.
3. The hotel room is very good and staff are very professional.
4. Travel triangle’s Spriha responds only for payment related messages and not for other issues.

I booked my trip through Travel Triangle with the help of Robin, and the entire experience was wonderful. The assigned cab and drivers were always punctual and very professional throughout the trip. Each day’s itinerary was followed smoothly without any delays or confusion.

The hotels provided were also very good and comfortable. Most importantly, everyone we interacted with—from the drivers to the hotel staff—was very polite and helpful. The trip was truly memorable and filled with beautiful moments.
