Dear Mr. Sharma,

We had placed Laboratory furniture vide P.O. No.Med. Lab./2019/11212 dated 05.07.2019. It had been our first experience to pay 100% advance payment for which we hesitated but proceeded.

1. Madam Poonam Mishra was only concerned till the advance payment and later for the payment completion. She worked on the drawing again and again but practically it was of no use, as she doesn't know about how many electric points may be required? She had asked for eight points whereas only two were required after fixing of the furniture.

a.             No Person was there for unloading or delivery of the articles except driver. We were unaware that we have to unload the truck and myself and my technical and official staff had to unload. This is an teaching institution and your expectation from us as a labor is unqualified.

b.            I had been told that delay in furniture for two days were due to some sealing drive. We didn't knew that our order will be affected by the same.

c.             She was unaware that when our furniture shall be fixed and was trying to avoid to every extent for couple of days. Reason may be known to her.

Later when I spoke to you, you arranged to send two persons for installation, they took three days for fixing of the same. The person came for fitting were kicking and hammering on the furniture and made several dents on it, which I think are difficult to be removed. The thin person (name not known) was very egoistic and was thinking that we are uneducated class of person.  He may be the key person for your company, we paid him respect but he didn't deserve at all.

Finally today you sent your supervisor (Mr.Yadav), he tried to sort out the matter. But, he was also of the opinion that the dents cannot be removed and we have to accept the fact.

Questions:

1.            When we purchase the furniture, the company does not provide any connecting wire within the panels which are very difficult to connect later and we have to open the panels completely for fixing of the wires, which may be costing not more than Rs.200/- for each table.

2.            Why the nozzles of the gas connection are not fitted before fitting of the table, rather a person has to work in lying position in 300mm space for fitting of the gas pipe. Costing to about Rs.70 for rubber pipe + Two nozzles Rs.25/- each + Two clips approx Rs.20/- in all Rs.140/- per table and it creating a lot of work on our side.

3.            A person should take care of all such small things which can be avoided and made simple.

At last Mr. Sharma, it was a bit bitter experience in simple words.

Can be discussed in details and can be shown if you are visiting this side. We are working for the upliftment of the poor society for the past 25 years.
