The behaviour of staffs is rude , unprofessional and hold low respect for customer. But the good thing is that this store has almost everything related to UPSC and you can call it a one stop destination.

This bookstore is famous for study material related to UPSC exam preparation including text books and photocopies of notes on various subjects by some of the popular coaching classes and even answer sheets of toppers of the exam. I had the worst experience with them. I ordered monthly magazine from jan to november. They charged me full for it but didn't send the magazines of 3 months i.e jan to march. I texted them to which they replied they'll send it the next time when i order something. I asked for refund to which they haven't responded yet.I expected atleast some professionalism but they proved me wrong. I was a loyal customer, even when i was in ORN i used to visit their store but i guess not anymore.

In these areas the one of the famous book centres is kumar book centre. Here almost all kinds of upsc and state books of civil services are available. The price is also fair.

Quote rude while being on call. They have certainly list there potential coustomer like me. As I was about to pay but after being treated like auch, chosed to pivot my decision to somewhere else!

A place to get all types of books for IAS preparation. Stuffs are friendly. But I am very sorry to say that price of the books here are higher than other book shop. Anyone can compare it. I don't know the reason but the courier facility is good.
