I recently tried Sikkim Kitchen and I must say, their 3 Poori Chole and Dhai were absolutely fantastic! As someone who loves spicy food, I was delighted to find that their dishes did not disappoint in terms of taste and spice level. The chole was rich and flavorful, while the dhai provided the perfect cooling balance. The pooris were also perfectly crisp and light.
