Nice service center of TVS, better than mangolpuri. But the executive on the second station from the left is the worst person, no respect for the customer and works for grant as if he is the owner and customer is the employee, was not satisfied with the solution of my TVS RAIDER.

I have been getting my TVS Raider serviced at the Rithala TVS service centre for the last 4 years. The staff here is very good, but the service takes a lot of time,specially washing department wasting the full day.

I bought a TVS Ronin 6 months ago and ever since I bought it, it has been having oil leakage issues. I left the bike 3 times for a week but the problem still persists. No one listens to me or the service is useless and the bike is useless.

Four Level of Complaint as per TVS Service Centre and all are Just WORST ever. No one is responsible there as after many mails to them - Lower to Top Level but no reply receive from them. They damaged my scooty TVS Jupiter but just denied for the same. As Sabharwal Rithala Service Center and Digit Insurance are same as one don't want to repair damages and one (Digit) don't want to give claim as unnecessary reasons they give to not to cover parts.

I would request you all - Don't buy from them anything and don't go for service your vehicle there.

If I call there Retail and Service Just one word " GHATIYA"

Rest upon you, if you want to still willing to Buy or Service there.

Giving 1 Star which is mandatory to post review otherwise i don't want to given them any single star.

I am also attaching screenshot of mails that i raised complaint but not satisfied with there Service.
