Very slow and unprofessional service. Many sample collection people struggled with blood sample collection. Payment and billing takes 30 minutes at the least.

Most of their equipment don't work. They are lowering the Max Lab standards.

Extremely disappointed with the service. My wife’s blood sample for a Quadruple Marker Test was collected on 4th December, and even after many days the status still shows ‘under process’. This is a pregnancy-related test that is time-sensitive, and such delays are completely unacceptable.

What’s worse is that the centre did not proactively update us, did not explain the reason for the delay, and could not confirm whether the sample was processed or stored properly. I have to call them multiple times to get the updates  For such important tests, patients expect professionalism, transparency, and timely reporting—none of which were provided.

This experience has caused a lot of stress during a crucial stage of pregnancy. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this lab with any important or time-critical tests.

The worst experience ever with this lab. As we had booked for home sample collection and they called twice to thrice time and kept on changing the staff who was supposed to come. We got one persons contact details and someone else came to take the sample. Later they told that the report will be given at the clinic where we are consulting and it has been now 2 months that they are not providing any hard copy of the report. They keep on saying that they have given it and the next time when asked they say that their printer is not working so cannot give print out. And every alternate evening need to ask them where is the hardcopy and they keep on neglecting. Is this a good behaviour

Pathetic waited almost 48 hrs for reports and made 10 cals ..   each call waited for 40 mins .... just don't book any test with this lab .... worst service ever seen
