I recently visited Toro and was pleasantly surprised! I had their Grilled Fish With Kaffir Curry Lime Sauce and it was absolutely delicious! The fish was cooked to perfection - tender and juicy - and the curry lime sauce had just the right amount of zing. Presentation wise, the food was beautiful and I was very impressed.
