I had a great experience with Balaji computer world! I brought in my laptop because it was running extremely slow with some battery issue and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. The staff was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly, including the cost before starting any repairs.

I went to these people for them to build me a PC for home use under 20k.
First they sold me products for MRP and then the next thing i knew,
They sold me a HDD which was already used and told me it was new.
HDD was under warranty for 11 months, and it failed in 12th month
After calling they said, warranty expired, you have to buy a new one we can't replace it.
This is the type of people they are, Don't visit if you want to save your money and time.
My 20k are just gone because now i have a 2gb GPU and 256gb storage.
The 500gb HDD failed because they resold me the used one.

If you have any issue with you computer you need to go here! Any time my Mac has given me problems I have gone here and they have fixed it when best buy told me i should just buy a new laptop.
The customer service is excellent. they have always been respectful and efficient.
Recently I had a major assignment that I was working on my computer when it just decided to turn off and never turn on again. naturally i freaked! I went to Balaji Computer World Laptop repair and basically cried and begged them to fix it lol. They were able to remover ALL my files on the laptop, and repair the hard drive. and they did it in a matter of less that 2 days! All of this for a really good price! I will be going here any time I have issues with my Laptop. ! highly recommend!!!

Almost all services are available regarding computers and laptops.
But sometime it feels like costly.

I contacted punit ji (good man) for work on my system hardware, and their work was truly outstanding. They were not only very professional but also provided service that was incredibly quick and efficient. The system is now working perfectly. I highly recommend services.

These airheads knows nothing about computers. They only knows layman terms like processor, cpu etc.

It's a strict suggestion not to go at this place for computer/laptop repairs. They first of all don't know how to repair a circuit board.
They will overchage you for the repairs (for my case they charged me 2000₹ for motherboard repair). It was the worst decision of my life to go there. They damaged my working computer processor and charged 4000₹ for a second hand processor.
After doing all of this after 30 days, they were still not able to repair my laptop and both brothers at the shop ended up fighting with me and did not even refunded my money.

NOTE: The best option is to go to District center, Janak Puri for laptop/computer repairs(approx 1000₹ charges for motherboard repair there and 1500₹ for second hand processor).
