Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received at Croma, Civil Line. I purchased an exhaust hood for approximately 22,000 rupees, but despite promises of a free hood, I did not receive it. I didn’t mind paying extra, so I resolved it myself. Later, I bought an oven costing around 38,000 rupees. When I called for installation, the staff told me to simply plug it in myself—no proper consultation or support. I handled it on my own, unsure how long it will last. After that, I filed a formal complaint. I was simply given vague assurances, and the staff seemed uninterested. Subsequently, I purchased three AC units: one-ton, 1.5-ton, and 2-ton. During the process, I also bought a washing machine, displayed in-store. The next day, two AC units were delivered, but the third one was out of stock. I was pressured to purchase a Dagan 2.5-ton model for 90,000 rupees, though online it was listed for 80,000. After installation costs, I spent nearly 1 lakh, losing a significant amount due to these discrepancies. I did not speak up further. Regarding the washing machine, I called several times. Eventually, an installer came but said a part was missing. After waiting, I called again, but no one returned. The washing machine still sits unused on my balcony. Once again, when I tried to escalate to the manager, I was told he was on holiday, and the assistant manager promised it would be resolved the next day—yet no one has come. I feel I have been misled and possibly scammed, as I paid over 2.6 lakh in a single transaction, only to be told after payment that I needed an ID card to complete the billing. They failed to mention this upfront, and I feel I was forced into a single payment that could have been avoided. While I did buy one discounted washing machine for 38,000, no one has followed up on its installation. Please address this urgently, as I feel I have been treated extremely unfairly.

I had a really great experience at Croma Civil Lines, and I especially want to appreciate Mahinder, the store manager. He is extremely professional, polite, and very helpful.

He patiently listened to my requirements, guided me properly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. His product knowledge and customer-handling skills are excellent.

It’s rare to see such dedicated and supportive management in retail stores. Because of him, my shopping experience was smooth and stress-free.

I bought a fridge from this Croma store in August 2025. After 1–2 months, many problems started in the fridge. I made several complaints, but no one paid attention and none of my complaints have been resolved yet. I am very unhappy with their product and service. No action has been taken on my complaints. I did not expect this from Tata products. I am very disappointed.

Very poor service. Never buy anything from here. We purchased Ac from here and also had done the AMC from here. They don’t pick up the call after selling the product or even don’t answer tha complaints. Also make false excuses. BAD !!

IDFC Finance wasted my valuable time and energy. After making me wait, my request was rejected without proper explanation. The staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. I was not treated with basic respect. Overall, it was a very poor and low-class experience.

The staff is good and knowledgeable but why are there so many men inside the store? Is diversity hiring not a thing at Croma?? Negligible number of female employees could be seen inside. I understand it was evening when I visited by it felt very unsafe. As a woman going into the store to make a general purchase, I felt extremely unsafe with men ogling and staring at me and all other women around me.

There was no place to walk and it didn’t seem like the crowd was there to buy, there were groups of men staring at women, reeking of pan and tobacco. Bad environment.

Croma is providing zipcare insurance service. At the time of purchasing, croma promised a long list for insurance but at the time of claim, they are worst.
It is better to not believe on zipcare insurance service provided by croma.
Even this store's some salesman are not good. Their way of dealing with customers is not professional.

Last weak i visited croma civil lines my experience was very good and mahinder sir manager of store is very great person and very knowledgeable person

Most unprofessional, incorporating, and incompetent staff. The manager is not aware about the process along with they misguided us.
We purchased a new laptop, 10 days ago and it was defective item.... We are still facing problem.
Don't come here...

My product was delivered too late and its been a week since the product was delivered but still the installation is not done.. the store girl is not picking up my calls and is not replying to my messages.. very Unprofessional and rude behaviour..

Had a pleasant shopping at Croma and came across some very helpful staff. Mr Sunny was very very professional and knew what he’s doing and with much patience was there to explain and help me chose the right TV and I’m really really satisfied. He helped me even with every other arrangements!

I visited this store to buy earbuds.. then I liked the Sony earbuds around price  6k so I asked the executive to put on the earbuds.. the earbuds were not After putting it on charging, store executive started doing other work and even after waiting for 15...20 minutes, no one entertained me.
