Points to remember
• Fusion Beats E-Vouchers are issued by Encompass Design India Pvt Ltd.
• The Fusion Beats E-Vouchers can be redeemed only at www.fusionbeats.in.
• If you're having problems redeeming a Fusion Beats E-Voucher, it's possible that the Fusion Beats E-Voucher have already been applied to your account.
• After you've entered the Fusion Beats E-Voucher on the www.fusionbeats.in site, it will keep the balance in your account for any future purchases so that you don't need to enter the Fusion Beats E-Voucher again.
• If your balance is sufficient to buy a product, you can complete the purchase with your Fusion Beats E-Voucher balance only. If your balance is not sufficient to buy the product, you can use a combination of your gift card balance and other payment options - Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking to purchase your product. You cannot use a combination of a Gift Card and COD or Gift Card and EMI.
• Fusion Beats E-Voucher cannot be reloaded or resold.
• The validity of the voucher is upto 6 months from the date of issue. However we will ensure that the voucher reaches you with minimum 5 months validity, as the vouchers are pre-procured from the brand for faster delivery.
• Validity of Fusion Beats E-Voucher cannot be extended, new Fusion Beats E-Voucher cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
• You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Fusion Beats E-Voucher. www.fusionbeats.in or its affiliates are not responsible for any acts of misuse if Fusion Beats E-Voucher is lost, stolen or used.
• The holder of the Fusion Beats E-Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• This Gift Voucher is valid until 6 months from the date of issue.
• Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Fusion Beats E-Voucher has been received, decision of the company shall be final.
• Note: Once ordered, Gift vouchers or Gift codes cannot be cancelled or returned nor can points be refunded.
• E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
• No returns and no refunds on gift cards, e-gift cards and gift vouchers shipped by woohoo.in. Please check the refund policy at http://www.woohoo.in/faq for further details.
• Gift card cannot be transferred for value or re-sold or redeemed for the cash.
• magicpin or their affiliates are not responsible if a Gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
