The table was loaded with North Indian favourites - smoky kebabs, tikkas, fresh breads from the tandoor and, of course, the iconic Butter Chicken and Dal Makhani that have long been associated with the Moti Mahal legacy. Meeting @monishgujral and hearing about the @motimahalofficial story made the dinner even more memorable. One unforgettable evening where history met hospitality. ✨ We attended the first chapter of The Living Table, organized by @inkpotindia_ beginning with a fascinating discussion on how migration and partition shaped the flavours and recipes of Indian cuisine. The evening concluded with a spectacular luxury dining experience by Moti Mahal at Neem Haveli, @kathikaolddelhi where handcrafted cocktails, live music, and timeless North Indian dishes were served in a stunning heritage courtyard illuminated by grand chandeliers.
