I went to the store to get my laptop checked because of a battery issue. There was a girl at the reception who called a technician to take a look. He checked the laptop and said the battery needed to be replaced. Then he told us the price.
When I scanned the QR code for payment, the girl suddenly told me not to scan that one and to scan another instead. Immediately after, the technician told me to scan his personal QR code. The girl started smiling, which made the whole situation look extremely suspicious.
Then, the technician told me to leave the laptop there until the new battery arrived and to come back after a few hours. But because of their shady behavior, my husband and I decided to take the laptop with us and told them we would return once the battery arrived.
When the technician went back to close the laptop after the battery check, he took an unusually long time. That made us even more doubtful. I asked the receptionist to check what was going on, but she just kept smiling and looked very suspicious.
Later, my husband went back after a few hours to replace the battery, there was one more customer complaining about the service and the owner not picking up the call. Now that we had reviewed the laptop, it’s clear that it was handled terribly - it has scratches, and it doesn’t even close properly anymore.
This store is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. It looks like the owner has no control or involvement in how things are run. The staff behave suspiciously, and I would never recommend anyone trust them with their devices. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable.

The person who give us the ultimate gaming and editing was very nice and he given the pc in very good budget with polite manner and with us he was very helpful to us and I suggest all of you to visit the computer it zone and get your own pc at any range budget I loved his service and he was very good also. I had an issue in the laptop which they didn’t fix in the given time so i have to take it back and have to get it repaired from my hometown. I paid them advance fir some parts of the laptop but when diagnosed there was no fault in that part but in something else so i asked them for refund, they took around 14 days to give me my money back i contacted them everyday and kept telling they will give it back on the day but never happened unless i finally went to the shop again.
Worst experience

I bought printer from here at a very reasonable price.
