3 stars because of the limited parking problem. The store is located at a small roundabout / junction .9 times out of 10 someone will park behind your car and it may get stuck for 15 to 20 mins.  It is risky to park further away and walk,  specially if you are with a child. Seems it is best for those within walking distance of the store. I have seen the owner since his struggling days and I appreciate his will power to try to create an upmarket  store . How far he succeeds remains to be seen.  As a suggestion,  they should try to stock and promote healthy food as compared to snacks, etc. Internal lighting is good, although the flooring is slippery so the elderly should take care. Bringing your own shopping bag is helpful. The billing counter staff handle the transactions with decent speed. I wish them the best. To handle the increase in customers they could probably focus more on efficient home delivery.

It's a super store for all ur household needs also it has apparel section, toys section and stationary also. It used to be reasonable and good but it has become 3 storey store now ND yes a lit of sections have added more and more new products are introduced. But as per time the behavior  of manager or person who sits on Mai. Counter is quiet rude nowadays. It's ok sometimes we don't need to pay attention  to these and buy your requirements 🙃

Worst experience at the store after being regular for past 4 yrs. They actually don't require customers instead believe the vice versa. You go for any complaints regarding product they will be aggressive on the very first go without listening to your ordeal. No decency in communication and will make you to stoop down to the level where you loose your wits. As an educated person we back tracked. Never gonna go again. Pathetic experience, rude behaviour by both the attendants/owners. Not recommended at all.

A store worthy of being a departmental store. They have good imported groceries and I like their stationary alot. Ground floor has mix products, 1st floor is kitchen groceries and the 2nd is clothing. Basement is stationary si pretty much one stop shop. Would definitely recommend going here for grocery shopping.

Best mom n pop store in the area. You think of a product they have it. Served the community really well during the lock downs. The store is run very efficiently, the staff and owners are very friendly.

Today this incident happened at 11:30 am.

I had to take a child’s swimsuit. There was NO salesperson in my section. However, salesperson in other sections were available. I picked the suit myself and asked for Billing.

The owner refused to bill my product and said if a staff is not there how can I give?

The owner of this store is an arrogant person.

Would sincerely request general public Not to buy from this store. Shall spread word in entire Palam vihar esp. Cosmos and Celebrity Homes.

Arrogant owner and doesn't care about customers. Didn't take responsibility for bad milk pouch and his behaviour was " I don't care, do whatever you like" . Covid made him rich in this locality and now he is throwing tantrums. He must remember God is watching....

The worst experience. On 24 October 22, I bought 10nos of gift package. Told to wrap gift package, salesboy excused that due to shortage of staff can't  wrap gifts.  I told them no issue, please provide me 10 nos of wrapping paper I shall wrap myself. They gave me 10 nos of wrapping paper with bill of amount ₹100/-.
Being senior citizen no staff  helped me for drop the items to put my car.

Bought Amul butter milk MFD in Jun2020, had stomach issues. Tried to complaint, they just refused to accept any such complaints. Had no courtesy to apologise! Not recommended for buying perishable items.

Mismanaged Store, goods are lying in Mismanaged way.

Illogical & useless fellow (Owner of Store), he is not ready to bill items with any of the payment methods (CASH / Card Swipe /Paytm). STORE not recommend.

Rude, arrogant, clumsy owner and staff. Don't have manner to talk to someone. He never have change. Will handover you more item forcibly even if you don't need it. When he has change he throws money and items on counter as someone does with a dog.

Nice grocery store... if they start some offers like other departmental store do they can do good, however great option available here

Pretty decent department store! Neatly stacked shelves, availability of different brands and options, courteous & helpful employees/staff team.

Over priced products. But 5 star ⭐ variety present. You will encounter a good range of products. Only negative is pricing.

Variety of things available there. Any item you need-garments, kitchen, toys & stationary and grocery also is there in which they have numbers of vary thing, including imported one.

They have got most of the grocery stuff, however, they don't offer much discount on MRP. On top of that they charge for polybag.

Best shop for daily groceries in Palam Vihar Gurgaon, co-operative and helpful staff and they have wide collection of crockery and glassware.

Awesome respite in middle of nowhere... What items they keep.. no one else stores in Gurgaon palam Vihar. Especially frozen food. N other perishables.
