Biryani Blues

The store delivered me wrong order . I order veg dum briyani from biriyani blues ,they delivered me chicken tikka wrap . The customer support number of store shown on app is useless. One contact number is not reachable ,the other one when I talked to them , they were telling me to talk here n there. They wasted my more than one hour, who's responsible for this? The store as well as app management is worthless, not even we have option to cancel order or initiate refund via app from stores.
