Dal Makhani not good bad taste

I placed order . I wait for 1 hour after that I call the restaurant and they are saying we already send but in my app showing my order is still prepring. If I pay amount and did not get my lunch , what the mean of ordering food from this restaurant.

Paneer butter masala is to much salty Dal handi have dal only gravy I told him to do a little more but he sent me just one chutney the naans were totally raw
