Sales team doesn't have any connect with engineers and project reality. They committed wrong timeline and specifications which further impacted our project. Delivery was delayed by 2 days. Even after NEFT delivery was held up and lots of follow-up were required where decisions were pending with owner of Exact Dimensions. I may not opt for their services again.
