I have been visiting this salon for years now (even back when it was known as Profile), and it has truly become my go-to place. I’ve stayed loyal to this branch because of the amazing people who make the experience so smooth and enjoyable every single time. Starting from the front desk—Brij bhaiya is the heart of the salon. He is always warm, polite, and makes sure everything is managed perfectly, right from appointments to ensuring all services go smoothly. Even if there’s a wait, he somehow makes the experience easy and stress-free. Outside, there’s also Sudesh bhaiya, the ever-helpful guard uncle, who always manages parking no matter how crowded it gets. Thanks to him, I never waste time looking for a spot—he always finds a way to make it convenient. When it comes to hair, my absolute go-to is Rajesh bhaiya. He is brilliant with hair washes, styling, spas, and little hair treatments. He understands my scalp so well, knows exactly how much pressure to use during washes, and I completely trust him for my overall hair experience. His blow drys and styling are always on point! For haircuts, it has always been Arun bhaiya. He is patient, attentive, and takes time to understand what will suit your face cut and lifestyle. he always gives haircuts that are easy to manage without needing constant setting. His cuts grow out beautifully and are always practical yet stylish. I’ve also seen Vishnu bhaiya’s work—he has given my cousins amazing haircuts too, and they’ve been very happy with his skills. For hair color, I usually switch between Arun bhaiya and Rajesh bhaiya—both of them are excellent and always get it just right. For washes and styling, Suraj bhaiya and Shahnawaz are both wonderful. On the nails side, I blindly trust Anirudh bhaiya. He’s amazing with filing, cuticle cleaning, and overall neatness—his work always feels polished and perfect. Akash bhaiya is also great and does a very clean, professional job every single time. For beauty services, I always go to Chetna didi. She has such a soft hand, and threading or eyebrow shaping with her is always so comfortable and precise. Sometimes I also get services from Sandhya didi, and she too is skilled The ambience of the salon is clean, comfortable, and stocked with really good products. Over the years, I’ve never been disappointed—it has consistently delivered quality service and warmth. A big thank you to the entire team for making every visit a happy experience.
