Hyderabad, we kicked things off the way we know best —with coffee, conversation, and a room full of energy.
The evening began with a cupping session led by @indiancoffeeculture, followed by a coffee omakase by @suhasdwaraka— a guided tasting where each cup was brewed and served in a thoughtful sequence. We ended the night with a DJ set that kept the space buzzing.

Last week in Mohali, our Origins café became a space for shared stories—entrepreneurs exchanging journeys over food and coffee, hosted by our co-founder, Shivam.
From seasoned voices to curious hands learning to brew, the evening was about beginnings in all their forms.
Creating this five-pack was one of our roasters’ favourite experiments. We can’t wait for you to explore new, exciting sides of a coffee we’ve loved for years.

For our 13th birthday, we tried something playful with the 13th Birthday Blend — a clarified latte that’s bright, smooth, and unexpectedly familiar. ?
Recipe we used: 36g espresso 120g full cream milk 10g lemon concentrate 40g orange juice 30g simple syrup (1:1 sugar & water) 100g water a pinch of salt filter thrice using pour-over filter paper

Our 13th Birthday Blend takes us back to the Black Forest cakes so many of us celebrated our teen birthdays with. ?
A medium roast, it tastes great black and also pairs well with milk. You can brew as an espresso, a Pour Over, or using an AeroPress, French Press, or Moka Pot.

I tend to leave the room when my thoughts start looping instead of moving. New spaces don’t fix things, but they loosen something. This place does that for me. It doesn’t demand attention. It lets you sit, stare, write half a thought, erase it, start again. I’ve spent enough quiet moments here for it to feel familiar now. Not a spot I come to escape, more like a corner where my mind slows down on its own. Somewhere between the coffee cooling and the noise fading into the background, things usually begin to make sense again.
