I recently tried the Healthy Vegetable Lemon Chicken at Healthy New Dish and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! The chicken was tender and flavorful with a tangy lemon sauce, and the vegetables added a nice crunch to the dish. I opted for the rice as my side and it was cooked perfectly. The real star of the show, however, was the refreshing Banana Smoothie. As someone who follows a Keto diet, it can be hard to find options that fit my lifestyle, but I was thrilled
