We had the Katla and Hilsa fish, and both were absolutely amazing! The flavors were authentic and delicious. The staff is very polite and provides great service, which made the experience even better. We will definitely come back!

Ordered Koraishutir kochuri, cholar dal, railway mutton curry and basanti pulao. Half of the weight of the food was just oil floating on top. Didn't understand why 200 ml of 500 ml railway mutton curry was just oil. Koraishutir kochuri didn't have Koraishuti in it, just food colour that too 10%. Why the hell will anybody flood cholar dal and basanti pulao with oil. To the owners, dada/didi, bangali khabar e tel dhallei khabar susadu hoy na.... How did you got above 4 rating in Swiggy? Full waste of money and health.

Worst quality, they are serving worst mughlai parantha, this is not mughlai paratha…They made chicken curry stuffed in a normal paratha and calling it mughlai paratha…Worst quality food. Pura Bengali Cuisine Ka Badnaam Hai. Opened a bengali restaurant but don’t know how to cook bengali food….Rude staff, arguing with customers. No management. I think the owner also doesn’t look on these matters. The owner should know about own restaurant’s management.

What a waste of time and money ordering Katla kalia from Bong House. Being Bengali I first time ate Katla kalia which is far away from bengali flavour but seems to be prepared by the restaurant who does not know anything about Bengali dishes.

The Restaurant’s service via Zomato is absolutely pathetic, I mean the order was an hour late. And when the delivery guys were asking the personnel to speak to the customer or support executive on phone the restaurant’s staff was abusive and rude.

This is their everyday ordeal so think twice before ordering online from this place.

Good catering service provided by Bong House on my Child Birthday.  Delicious and authentic Bengali foods.

The Kolkata Chicken Biryani had the original taste like Kolkata

The gurer Rosogolla they sent today via Swiggy was a piece of art. It was basically normal rosogolla spray painted with some edible color (hopefully edible). Genius!!

Samosa was stale as the smell suggested. Had it been slightly smaller, I would need a microscope.

I ordered twice from this restaurant on two occasions - they are very consistent - consistently bad.

Macher jhol and shorse llish was marvelous

Food is genuinely good, but the service and management drag this place down hard.

We ordered 5 items (2 starters, 2 mains, and a couple extras), but they served everything one by one instead of all at once - super slow and understaffed. It took nearly 3 hours to get and finish our meal!

Billing was a mess too: the bill didn't match our order, and when we pointed it out, the owner/manager issued a new one with wrong menu prices. Had to flag it again to staff. They focus on one table at a time, no multitasking, so expect chaos and endless waits.

Go at your own risk if you have time to kill.
