Anupam Ma'am is one of the most proficient yoga practitioners that i have come across. Though her insight of physical and mental wellbeing is unparallel but one thing that distinguishes her from the other yoga teachers is her humbleness and simplicity. Especially for the pregnant females, she showcases compassion and guide them in every possible way. I have to travel for more than half an hour (one side) to attend her classes and i would say it is totally worth it. A big shout out and must recommend for those who want to witness wellbeing as their long term goal.
