I had idli sambhar and masala dosa here. Taste was good

Good taste. Orders idli chaat, south Indian platter and masala Dosa.

Amazing Staff gentry. They had offered 02 bowls of Sooji Halwa to the valuable customer like me. Overall great experience.

When it comes to South Indian food and the way a guest should be treated while having food, Sagar Ratna is way ahead than any other brand in market.
It has been decades that Sagar Ratna had been my choice to frequently visit and enjoy food as well as super amazing hospitality.
I wish Sagar Ratna keeps on delivering the mouth watering food and the commitment to treat guests wonderfully.

The food was awesome and tasty including service. Staff members captain i.e. Amit singh are also friendly and polite behavior.

Ordered masala dosa. Over time price has increased a lot but the quantity is decreased. Overall size of dosa is so small that even 1 person stomach is not full.  Trying every possible way to increase the profit without thinking about customer sustainability. Please improve your thoughts.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Sagar Ratna, North India Mall, Ghaziabad

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Sagar Ratna, North India Mall, Ghaziabad. The manager, this bloke was incredibly unprofessional and dishonest.

I ordered food and was asked to pay through UPI. Upon successful payment, the manager claimed that it was the incorrect QR code and denied the order. Despite the clear deduction from my account, he insisted that he had not received the payment.

To make matters worse, the manager seemed to be using hand gestures to communicate, as if he was unable to speak due to chewing tobacco. This behavior was not only rude but also made it difficult to understand his demands. He also didn't do anything to resolve the issue. So according to him I was supposed to pay him again if I still needed my order. He was not even bothered about customer experience after committing fraudulent activity.

I am deeply disappointed with this experience and would like to caution others about the potential for fraudulent activity at this particular Sagar Ratna location. I hope that the restaurant management will take appropriate action to address this issue and ensure that customers are treated with respect and honesty.

Very clean and well managed food court stall in Shipra mall, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram.
Ambience is good and attracts the crowds attending cinema and many shoppers in the mall.
Coffee is very good. Class!

1/4th dosa was burned, sambhar have more oil and didn't have taste as have in other outlets, tomato chutney was rotten and smelly, and the manager kept insisting that its a raw onion smell. I had eaten south Indian food number of times so can distinguish between good and bad smell.

Such a pathetic service I ordered masala dosa and in counter they asked me to wait for 3 minutes and after waiting for 20 mnts also I did not get my dosa and I was standing there and left my daughter on seat thought that I would get my order in 3 mts but waited for 20 mts and when I shouted then only I got my dosa ...Never ever will order there

I ordered masala dosa and sambhar rice. But sambhar quality is very bad no taste of sambhar. If i can say i ate with water. In coconut chutney same thing.

Packing was so heavy after telling  staff casual packing and hurryup, but staff taping and tapeing again and again.

And  now will never come to your stall any where.

Food is sooo bad ...we want jain dosa they provide garlic paste ...in jain ghee roast masala dosa

Worst food & service from this outlet, this is my last food order from Sagar Ratna; I ordered two deluxe thali but got no taste
