Got modular kitchen done from their store and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed by their service. Mr. Arijit Dutta/Sriwant Wariz from the store helped us a lot in getting good design at reasonable price. The kitchen work was done in 3 days time and the workers were very thorough and well behaved. Disappointing Customer Service and Commitment

I would not recommend visiting this interior designer shop if you’re looking for innovative ideas and strong customer commitment. The staff here seem more focused on securing deals rather than building a relationship with clients. Unfortunately, I’ve had a frustrating experience trying to get a response from them. Despite calling repeatedly to follow up, my calls often went unanswered, and I rarely received a call back.

One staff member even mentioned that, as a potential customer without a deposit, my project was a low priority. It’s disappointing, especially since I hadn’t even received accurate measurements or a clear cost estimate — essential steps before committing to any deposit.

If reliable communication and dedicated service are important to you, you may want to consider other options.
