Good place for shopping all types of clothes. Affordable prices, discounts and various offers makes it more exciting for the customers to check inn. Wonderful place.

Appalling store. Doesn’t honour discounts even when price is on the item and then left items behind are kept by staff even when paid. Avoid, badly run and dishonest

Not keep the changes and asking or charity at the time of billing.

Its very shameful for this because organize Retail not working like this

I like Max stuff. It's sexy and rather reasonably costly, but unfortunately I didn't get what I wanted at my size(46)

Very Disappointed with Staff Behavior at Max, Caculo Mall

I had a really bad experience at the Max store in Caculo Mall. One of the employees behaved very rudely and treated us with no respect. The attitude was extremely unprofessional and cheap — definitely not what you expect from a well-known brand like Max. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff better in basic customer service.

Worst clothing brand. 2 days before I bought a kurta from max and after coming home I saw that it was defective 🥲 will never visit max again

Pathetic staff with really weird behaviour. Stock has diminished with no proper articles. Charging for carry bags too which is just simply ridiculous. Maybe you can get the odd one off item you are looking for in here but wouldn't really recommend Max anymore for shopping. Not the best store out there.

Worst service ever.. timings on website says 10:30 but the shop was closed when we reached there at 10:45 and  the staff was so rude when we asked them to let us in! Max Panjim, Caculo mall has the worst service and staff

Very bad service at max fashion at caculo mall, staff is very rude n doesn't coperate , no sense of talking to customers, gift packing is not done and on top when asked for alternative, they expect customers either to take it as it is by what ever way or not to shop n cancel the billing , simplify giving irrelevant explanation and arguing with the customers with not cooperation and solutions and made so much frustration ultimately to literally cancel the billing.. worst experience.

Very bad service at max mapusa peddem my payment was done but cashier sad dint receive and i gave back all clothes but they dont have any paper to give dt payment was failed or that clothes are vt store. No complain register at counter no feedback form nothing at-last i had to call police and after police came i was given letter in writing

This Max is good. Cheap prices, good ventilation, fitting rooms with AC, lots of interesting clothes. Recommend to visit. Comfortable for shopping

Not all sizes are available. Especially in shoes.
Customer service was decent but variety in sizes was disappointing.

the max in Caculo mall has the worst service. staff is very rude.
There are 5 counters but always only 1-2 are operational. On all counters there are staff but its pointless,they just stand and do timepass there.

In panjim store which is in caculo mall all the staff are very rude and I don't understand what attitude they are having, they are not ready to help in either in finding items, I personally don't like visiting caculo mall Max I like porvorim Max the security woman here is very nice lady

Great fashion store. 2 levels of shopping. Structured parking and well trained staff.
All types of payments accepted. Situated in Panjim only mall the caculo mall.
