Outlet RatingI recently visited Dhaba Mansa Devi during my lunch break and was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of their menu. I ordered the Dal and Lachha Paratha combo and was not disappointed. The dal was rich and flavorful, and the Lachha Paratha was perfectly crispy and flaky.
