Location is good but it’s not matching the standard of people in this particular  area .
1 products are at  very dirty condition like you don’t feel like picking up or touching it entirely shoes collection of kids are dirty .
2 they don’t have basic change . They had to  ask near by store for change & customer had to wait .
3 store is stinky
4 staff are slightly clueless about things .
Hope it will improve match it brand standards itself.

Firstcry shop near hartali mod boring road Chauraha.. all baby product is available here small shop but you  can find your all things..Baby toy clothes etc

I just love this place.. it takes me 10 to 15 mins to buy 2 to 3 sets of cloths for my sister ya if I want to gift it so someone..and at an affordable price...the staffs are really sweet too🐣

I had a very disappointing experience with a FirstCry salesperson. Instead of addressing my requirements, she kept pushing her own opinions, completely ignoring what I was asking for. Her condescending attitude and lack of effort made it clear she wasn't interested in helping customers. It's the second time I've encountered this behavior, and it feels like she's living in her own bubble of imagination. If she dislikes her job so much, she should consider changing it. Terrible customer service!

Recently, I visited First Cry and had a disappointing experience. The female sales staff were unhelpful, the selection of cots was limited, and I found the prices to be quite expensive.

The quality of the clothes and the stuffs are very cool and amazing and the staffs are very friendly specially Ayesha is very polite she let us know what to buy which product will be beneficial and she is the oldest staff there that I know and she is very kind she handle the customer very well I like every thing about her I think she is the best staff there just because of her kindness and politeness ☺️🤗

My go to store for clothing as my niece has loved ever dress i have purchased from here, They have got such  a huge collection of dresses that i have barely come empty handed and yes it will definitely burn a hole in your packet 😅but it's definitely worth it for  the quality of the product they offer here.

The best place for baby clothes and one best thing is that everything is available at one spot .... The sales person are fantastic and friendly...@chandan i would mention he was the greatest person I found in store...i visited recently from Bangalore to Patna then I gone to this store

Osm products I use to buy from  this store .and I must appreciate to all sales man and store head for there service and behavior... I suggest every to visit once those who have little babys...it's a perfect place for NB babies

This store has very minimal option for kids clothing. It has two floors. Staff are good and cooperative helps to identify and locate the things. The store is a little messed up. You need assistance from store staff to look for any item.
The clothing range is good for kids above 1 year.

It has vast variety of child care quality product with reasonable price tag. Also co-worker has decent behaviour here. I'm very happy after visit the store and gets ample amount of support from there management employees. I would like to visit again here..
