I recently had the opportunity to dine at Punjab De Parathe and I was pleasantly surprised with their wide range of healthy and delicious options. The water served was of good quality which is always a plus. As someone who shares my food diary and emphasizes nutrition content, I have to say the parathas at this establishment did not disappoint.
