Worst service ever!
Irresponsible staff.
Didn't inform about the cancellation of bus n also tried to charge extra.
They also don't stick with their words.
I suffered a lot of inconvenience as I was traveling alone at night.
They aren't concern about safety and security of passengers.

Bakwas Service.. 2 Return tickets booked by these people, Adesh travels bus owner Cancelled our 2 tickets themself without any notification to us, at the time of departure we got to know our tickets from Shegaon to Pune got Cancelled without our knowledge.
Even after this SR travels people didn't do anything. Such poor nd useless Service. No guarantee of Service. Useless people.
