Outlet RatingThe drinks were disappointing; they tasted diluted and lacked quality. The food was equally unsatisfactory, with both quality and quantity falling below expectations. We shared our concerns with the manager and requested the removal of the service charge due to the poor experience, but this request was denied. Overall, a very disappointing visit
