Cannot trust My Family health in their hands. Worst Customer Service ever seen. Followed up for nearly a month. Just Lip service . No solution. Looking at Google Reviews approached them for the solution. Neither the girls sitting on receiption nor the owner Darshanji have any intent to serve their customer. Despise taking Rs 10800 for  just  3 filter candles installed in 1st week of Feb 26 and promised result to enhance TDS levels. Nothing works.

Using the PureH2O since last 15 years, the water purifier quality is really good. Also, necer had an issue regarding maintenance service as they keep record and whenver the maintenance is due you'll definitely receive the call. The service engineer Mr. Ramteke is really helpful and provides great service.

I have been using their services for a long time.  The machine has been durable. The providers are courteous and well mannered. Thank u for ur wonderful services.

Service engineer Atul was good, done his job carefully. But as per him machine body was broken..earlier engineer who has done changing job has done that without care.
