Pathetic service. In the name of free installation they always comes with lots of overpriced accessories and try to sell them to houehold person who are not aware of it. I ordered an IFB washing machine that was supposed to be installed by this service provider. I was not at home and they sold an accessories for 1800Rs by saying that it's mandatory which is not the case. And the same accessories(same brand) is for 490RS on Flipkart. This is how they are trying to fool customers who don't have enough information. When tried to call their representative, the guy was rude and was blaming may family members for not knowing about the product. At this point, I don't care about the money, I am going to raise this concern to consumer forum and if required to Police station as well.
