This review is only for screen 4. This audi has decent screen size and Dolby Atmos sound. Screen clarity is good but Atmos did not sound like the same as I experienced in other theaters. Overall it's good for the ticket price.

This cinema hall is located in the 93 Avenue mall on Pune-Solapur highway.
Let's start from the parking lot, at the entrance there is a sign board available to enter in to the parking area.
Parking payment is done online and offline in both the way. They charge 30/- per car.
You find lift from the parking area to reach out Cinema hall.
Ticket counters are available, if you have booked online then just need to scan the QR code. Eatables are not allowed to take inside.
Male female staff is assigned for checking. Check your screen number and accordingly you need to grab the seat.
Entrance is quite nice and lavish. Seats are comfortable and well maintained.
I watched Jolly LLB3 movie on Sunday evening.
Movie was good. During interval time you can give food order from your place itself.
Bathroom were neat and clean.
Behaviour of their staff was decent and all were well dressed.
Overall experience was really fantastic.

The theatre was quite good when it first opened. I watched a couple of movies here and had a pleasant experience. However, over time, it started to feel poorly maintained. The last movie I watched was Stee 2, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. The carpet had a bad smell, likely because someone had spilled a cold drink during the previous show. Since the shows are back-to-back and the room is closed, the smell became very strong. The chairs were also uncomfortable and not in good condition.

The film is projected with a movie projector onto a large projection screen at the front of the auditorium while the dialogue, sounds and music are played through a number of wall-mounted speakers. Since the 1970s, subwoofers have been used for low-pitched sounds. Since the 2010s, the majority of movie theaters have been equipped for digital cinema projection, removing the need to create and transport a physical film print on a heavy reel.

A great variety of films are shown at cinemas, ranging from animated films to blockbusters to documentaries. The smallest movie theaters have a single viewing room with a single screen. In the 2010s, most movie theaters had multiple screens. The largest theater complexes, which are called multiplexes—a concept developed in Canada in the 1950s—have up to thirty screens. The audience members often sit on padded seats, which in most theaters are set on a sloped floor, with the highest part at the rear of the theater. Movie theaters often sell soft drinks, popcorn and candy, and some theaters sell hot fast food. In some jurisdictions, movie theaters can be licensed to sell alcoholic drinks.

Extremely Poor Sound Quality – Very Disappointed**

I am writing this to express my **strong disappointment** with the sound quality in your theatre. Today’s experience was absolutely unacceptable. I come to the theatre to enjoy a proper cinema experience, especially **powerful, clear sound**, but what I got today felt no different from watching a movie at home.

The audio was **extremely low**, dull, and lacked clarity. This is not the standard I expect, especially when I am paying full ticket price. I have watched many movies in your theatre before, and the sound used to be excellent. But recently, the quality has dropped to the **worst level**, and it honestly feels like the management doesn’t care.

If you cannot maintain the same sound standard that you previously offered, then you are cheating customers who trust your brand and pay for a premium experience.

Please fix your sound system immediately and make sure future shows have **proper, high-quality, loud and clear audio**, the way a theatre is supposed to have.

A well-maintained and clean theater with great screen quality and Dolby Vision sound. The seating arrangement is well-placed, but the seats could be more comfortable. Washrooms are clean, and free drinking water is available. However, food is expensive (popcorn costs ₹450). Overall, a good movie experience with excellent visuals and sound.

Rajhans Cinema has always been my go-to place for watching movies. The experience is consistently great with good seating, clean surroundings, and quality sound. However, during the interval, I often like to grab some snacks, but I’ve noticed the food prices are becoming increasingly expensive. It would be perfect if they balanced quality with affordability.

Very disappointing experience.
The management at this multiplex is extremely poor and the staff is highly unprofessional. The manager, in particular, was very non-cooperative, unsupportive, and completely non-cordial. Instead of resolving issues, he made the situation worse with his rude attitude and unprofessional behaviour.
Overall, there is a serious lack of customer service and basic courtesy. Such behavior is unacceptable for a place meant for family entertainment. Strongly avoid.

Good place to enjoy cinema. It is in 93 Avenue Mall which is just beside well connected solapur highway. Well maintained neat and clean. Equipped with 4 screens, has mutiple shows. Paid underground parking is big and enough.
Inside theater the seats are good and well arranged. Air conditioning was fine. Sound is good.
Overall good place to enjoy a group movie.

It's a new theatre in Pune opened in Avenue 93 mall.
The sound and picture quality is really good.
The movie starts on time and interval time is also less.
All types of snaks are available.
Staff is really polite and welcome you in a very charm way.
Cleanliness is well maintained.

Cons:
Those who books the seats in the middle may have a problem to go and seat.

Its a newly opened theatre in Pune.
Watched RRR and KGF 2 and have to say the sound and video quality was amazing truly a dolby atmos experience. The ambience was nice and washrooms were clean. There are 4 screens. The quality of seats is nice and comfortable almost like a recliner and the size of the audi is quite big and the screens are not that big bit adequate. The price of food is same as other multiplexes but they do offer some good combos which will save some of your money.The price of tickets is less when compared other multiplexes so its quite pocket friendly.
And after watching a movie in dolby atmos it becomes difficult to watch it on normal screen as you notice the difference in sound quality. So do give it a try atleast once.
Definitely its one of the best theatre in pune when it comes to sound and video quality.
Note:- The sound can sometimes be very loud and some people might not like it. It was perfect for RRR but for KGF i felt it a bit loud and atmos is supposed to be a surround sound experience not a loud one. It was like that in RRR but in KGF the loudness overpowered the surround sound effect.

I recently visited this theater and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the seating arrangements were comfortable, I encountered several issues that significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the movie.

Firstly, the screen quality was disappointing, as it appeared grainy and lacked the crispness one would expect from a modern theater. The visuals were not sharp, and it diminished the immersive experience that is essential for truly enjoying a film on the big screen.

Secondly, the sound levels were excessively high and lacked clarity. Instead of providing an immersive audio experience, the sound seemed distorted and unpleasantly loud, making it difficult to follow the dialogue and enjoy the movie to its fullest.

Considering the disappointment I experienced, I would recommend moviegoers to consider visiting the nearby INOX theater instead. I have had much better experiences at INOX.

The Rajans Cinema in my home town was far better.

Good service , great interior and sound and food quality, well maintained. One can get the cheapest recliner in pune. Infact movie tickets are the cheapest. One has to pay parking charges of 40. I feel the theater should reduce if you produce the parking bill. They come to your seat to sell pop-corn. Salted, caramel prop-corns are available. I always buy caramel pop-corn.

I was in Screen 4 - i liked the seats. Show starts on time unlike Cinepolis seasons. Ads are also less. Prices also reasonable. Actually one of the best experiences I've had in theatres recently. But food was very expensive. Projection quality is also good. I think my screen wasn't having surround sound, because entire movie all sound was playing only from the front (probably front facing speakers only), that is 2.1 system or something similar.

Been here for more than 10 movies in last year. And had a great experience. Place is neat and clean.  Prices are affordable even for 3D cinemas.
There are many movie theaters in Hadapsar area so, that's why this place is never crowded from my experience.

Rajhans cinema's seats are not that good, they could have a little more space in the aisle. Parking is 30 rs and is not organised at all. Although cinema is affordable comparatively.
